Soup to nuts

We are event coordinators because we want to enable people to throw their own events. When people can throw their own parties life has more value; it becomes more interesting and savory.

Parties and “get-togethers” have been happening throughout all of time. This is not new and the way that people have been doing it has stayed the same, too. Usually someone has an occasion worthy of a big soiree and so the ideas start flowing. This is often the intimidating part. This is where we come in. We want to come in and say, “we got this.” This is very important because when you throw a party you want to enjoy it, right? We, being the third party, will come in and not feel the need to enjoy it in the same way. Weddings are a great example of this. The bride and the family never want to worry about logistics during the wedding. As coordinators we become the buffer. The buffer between the devil in the details and the serenity of the ceremony.

For those of you who don’t want to worry about anything, we’ll do soup to nuts. The whole nine yards. We can be there every step of the way checking and helping you have the event of a lifetime.

However, we recognize that some people are fully capable and apt to plan their own event. This is why we offer Day-of-Coordination. We will work with the client and establish an itinerary and stick to it on the big day. You do the planning, we’ll do the execution.

Some of you simply need to know that you’re on the right track. Which is why we offer one hour consultations. We will break down the whole event, give pointers and ask questions to help you throw the best party possible.

We know that every part is different and we conform to that. The objective is making the dream for an event a reality.
